The Company
SuperWaba Ltd was founded in 2002, Rio de Janeiro (Brasil), by Guilherme Campos Hazan and Renato Ribeiro. The company`s mission is to provide products and services focused on mobile software solutions development. Since from it`s foundation, SuperWaba Ltd evolved substantialy it's main product, SuperWaba platform, adopting an innovator business model based in open-source software. The company has customers in many countries as Brazil, USA, France, Germany, Mexico, England, Russia and others.

Bachelor in Computer Sciences (Federal University of Rio de Janeiro - UFRJ), Master in Computer Science (Programming Languages) at PUC-RIO. Started programming in 1984. Started Java in 1998, worked for many companies developing advanced Java components. Lecturer in many Java and Open Source conferences in Brazil: Comdex Sucesu 2002, One Day Java 2002, Just Java Brazil 2003 (Brazil's Biggest Java Event), Java In Rio 2003, Catarinense Conference of Free Software 2003, among others. Creator and lead developer of the SuperWaba Virtual Machine. |

Renato Rocha Ribeiro - business director
Bachelor in Computer Sciences (UFRJ), MBA in e-business and MBA in Project Management, both in Fundação Getulio Vargas (EBAPE/FGV). Experience in management/coordenation of Internet and e-Business projects for big companies. Actually is reponsible for the strategic planning and business operations. |

Graduated from the Université Louis Pasteur de Strasbourg (France). Master Degree in image processing & analysis. Since 1998, he works as C++ / Java software developer in the telecommunication domain. Frank's collaboration has been fundamental to SuperWaba platform evolvement due to his wide knowledge in Arm programming, SDL and Symbian. |
