» In item (H) the SuperWaba Team develop the library. In item (I), localized user questions are answered.

» Issues that does not correspond to the requested type may be upgraded to the correct plan. For example, if you open a request of type (D), and, after the error analysis it was clear that it was a request of type (F), the number of credits spent will be automatically adjusted.
