The Additional services will be available only for users or companies subscribed to the Professional version. These services are described below:
» Additional Contacts (1 and 5 contacts package) – provides personalized access to SuperWaba on-line services to each member of the development team and allows a better management of the support incidents history. Initially just one contact is available.
» Additional Support Incidents (3 and 5 incident packages) – extending support for subscribed users.
» Optimization incidents – optimization incidents can be purchased, providing a performance analysis and quality assurance in well-defined pieces of source code.
