The SuperWaba Partnership Program is designed to enlarge the SuperWaba distribution network and offer your company the opportunity to build a strong relationship with SuperWaba Inc. The types of partnerships defined are:

Official Training Centers

Targeted at companies with experience and infrastructure for training IT professionals and want to include SuperWaba in their course portfolio.

Benefits

» Co-branding, use of SuperWaba logo and trademark on partner’s site and marketing material such as: folders, presentations, banners, white papers etc.

» Open class schedule exposure at SuperWaba site, discussion lists, and mailing on users database

» Partner profile exposure at SuperWaba site (partners section)

» Official material supply, including course certificates and books.

» Support material: class plan for the teacher, general rules of quality along with all tutorials in pdf format.

» Exclusiveness inside pre-defined geographic regions taking into account region demand.

» Discount of 50% over Additional Services (additional support incidents and.

» Access to special forums for students and instructors

» Direct channel for instructors to communicate with SuperWaba developers

Requirements:

» Be a subscribed of SuperWaba Professional version

» Annual fee payment of US$ 200.00

» Royalties of US$ 110.00 per student, paid at the moment of official material solicitation. After training 20 students this fee reduces to US$ 80.00 per student.

» Minimum of 3 course given commitment per year

» Minimum of 2 certified professionals. Instructor certificates should be given for those who have an overall average of 80% superior in a certification exam.

» Have proved experience and a good infra-structure for training IT professionals

Consultants/Integrators and ISV (Independent Software Vendors)

Targeted at IT consulting companies that want to join Superwaba Support Network, providing consulting/outsourcing services to companies that don’t want, or prefer no to use the SuperWaba on-line support service.

This category also targets ISVs (Independent Software Vendors) which develop packaged or semi-customized solutions on the SuperWaba platform, and simply want to expose them on SuperWaba On-line Solutions Portfolio. These partners will also have differentiated support from SuperWaba team to develop/migrate their solutions to SuperWaba platform.

Benefits:

» Join SuperWaba Support Network, generating new projects and service sales for the partners.

» ISVs can join SuperWaba On-line Solutions Portfolio: leveraging packaged and semicustomized products sales.

» Divulgation of Partners services and products on private forums, discussion lists and mailing to subscribed companies and Community users base.

» Co-branding, use of SuperWaba logo and trademark on partner’s site and marketing material like: folders, presentations, banners, etc...

» Access to special forums for partners

» Access to product early release/beta versions

» Inclusion of 2 extra incidents (one of them can be an optimization incident).

» Discount of 30% over Additional Services (additional support incidences and contacts)

Requirements:

» Be a subscribed of SuperWaba Professional version

» Annual fee payment of US$ 240.00

» Minimum of 2 trained and certified professionals in a SuperWaba Official Training Center

OEM Partnership for Hardware Vendors and Telecommunications operators

Targeted at hardware vendors and telecommunications operators interested in leveraging product and service sales, indirectly, by increasing significantly the number of available applications for their devices, through SuperWaba platform distribution among their technology partners.

Benefits:

» Targeted at hardware vendors and telecommunications operators interested in leveraging product and service sales, indirectly, by increasing significantly the number of available applications for their devices, through SuperWaba platform distribution among their technology partners.

» Commercial support to leverage partners products sales

» Supply and maintenance of test suite for device homologation with SuperWaba platform

» Maintenance and warranty of proper behavior for all SuperWaba platform components for new versions of operating systems and devices

» Remote SuperWaba VM update for devices

» Agreement for distribution of special SuperWaba subscription kits to technology partners, aiming to increase new solutions development and leverage devices and voice/data service sales.

» Porting efforts for unsupported operating systems

» Platform customizations for specific needs
