Sep 27 | Improved support for Janam XP20 and XP30
| |
In version 5.83, we added support for the devices Janam XP20 and XP30. These devices run the Palm OS and are rugged, specially designed for heavy use. The XP20 has monochrome screen with 160x160 with 16 grays, WIFI, 32MB of RAM and 64MB of storage, 266MHz processor, and 1D scanner. The XP30 has the same features of the XP20, but 18 bits color 240x320 screen (only 240x240 are supported in SuperWaba), with a 2D scanner.
Notes:
- To run the XP30, you must install the font file msw.pdb; to run the XP20, you must install the 8bpp vm and the lsw.pdb font file.
- To make the scanner work, you must use an updated ROM (from Nov 2007) and also the ScanWedge application. The scanned data will be sent to the input queue (E.G.: a focused Edit).
