Objective

To offer the customer`s development team a mentoring service, transferring knowledge about SuperWaba platform to provide a quick start and giving consulting services on critical mobile software projects. SuperWaba team expertise, accelerates the development process and mitigate the project risks.

Scope of Services

» Training – An express on-line training for remote teams, as a way of reducing costs and saving time, minimizing the learning curve.

» Quality assurance & performance optimization – SuperWaba provides code-reviews and optimization services in important project phases or deliveries. At the end of each review, besides of the code modified, the customer will receive a report detailing the modifications made and indicating the best practices to each case.

»On demand component development and/or customization – SuperWaba can develop or customize platform components or libraries meeting the project needs.

» Devices Certification – Customers are able to submit devices for certification and if there is any problem, SuperWaba engineers can implement the adaptations needed.

» Feasibility analisys – Preliminar analisys of business process and project requirements, helping to choose the more indicated devices, conectivity services and avoiding implementation pitfalls.

» Priority Support attending – During the project implementation, the customer development team can request SuperWaba support for eventual problems, openning an incident through our support system. The customer has a maximum number of requests and users previously accorded between parties. Mentoring support incidents have priority over the normal incidents purchased through the website.

» Source Code Repository – In order attend support incidents and quality assurance reviews, a central code repository is used. This repository integrates the customer development team with SuperWaba engineers through a CVS (Control Version System) repository, providing source code upload and download, in an easy, secure, versioned and supported my most development environments (Eclipse, JBuilder, JDeveloper...). SuperWaba engineers will have a local mirror of the customer’s project, allowing a joined development.

» Project Meetings – SuperWaba engineers could participate of important project meetings through webconferences, chats, forums, helping on important technical decisions.
