New policy for support service in effect

In June a new policy for the support service is in effect. From now on, every user that wants to open a support incident must have a valid support contract, incidents will no longer be sold separately. The support service will be available in two categories only: Basic and Premium, billed monthly or annually. Customers that has spent large amount on licenses or licenses updates have a discount. TotalCross platform supports Brazilian 2010 Census

The IBGE (a Brazilian government entity) is currently using Totalcross as the primary platform to develop the 2010 census application. The 2010 census is going to take place between August and December, using more than 300,000 devices among PDAs and netbooks with the TotalCross virtual machine installed on them. The pre-census is already underway to test the overall process, including the data entry application. Look some screens.
